Returns & Exchanges Policy

All of our products are made to order, which means we do not keep stock on hand. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or style, or for cases of buyer’s remorse. Please check the size charts and product details carefully before placing your order.

Defective or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact hello@slopdrop.shop. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the defective product and the packaging

Shipping Issues

If a package is lost in transit or returned due to an incorrect address, please note:

  • We are not responsible for addresses entered incorrectly at checkout.
  • If your order is returned to sender, you may need to cover reshipment costs.
